UMTRI provides detailed knowledge and research on the life cycle of adopting new technologies and how these impact the global automotive industry. Researchers generate estimates of tradeoffs and cost analysis to incorporate changes through econometric analyses that help define the competitive dynamics of the industry and forecast the adaptation of new automotive technologies.
